About the Role
Are you an experienced warehouse pro who takes pride in getting the details right? AERO Logistics is looking for a dependable Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our Atlanta team.
You’ll be a key part of keeping our warehouse running smoothly- making sure every shipment coming in and going out is handled safely, checked for damage, accurately documented, and tracked from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Receive and sign for incoming deliveries
- Load and unload trucks safety and efficiently
- Inspect products for damage and document any issues
- Make sure all incoming and outgoing shipments are correctly processed and tracked.
- Organize and store received items in their proper locations
- Follow inventory control procedures to keep counts accurately
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of clutter and debris
- Maintain accurate records of orders and delivery details
- Complete all paperwork and reports carefully and accurately
- Follow all safety policies and company procedures
- Pitch in wherever the team needs you and takes on other duties as assigned
- Interact with customers and drivers in a friendly, professional manner
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience, including operating a sit-down forklift
- High school diploma or GED
- Availability to work Friday through Monday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for long periods; squat, twist and bend regularly
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Strong attention to detail, especially with paperwork
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Safety-minded and alert on the floor
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and dependable attitude
Schedule and Flexibility
This position works a regular Friday – Monday schedule, 8:00am to 4:00pm. Because logistics moves with our customer’ needs, hours and shift assignments may occasionally change – we’ll give as much notice as possible.
